Subject: Establishment of the Pine Hill radar station (Aroostook County, Maine)

Pursuant to directive xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, the construction of a radar station is hereby ordered approximately four miles northwest of the town of Pine Hill Falls. The station will be officially attached to the Northeast early warning network. Its actual mission is defined in Annex B.

Since the fall of 1955, xx individuals have been identified as having stayed in Pine Hill Falls without any missing person report ever being filed by a relative. The persons concerned share a common profile: isolated individuals, with no known family ties and no employer likely to report their absence. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
